THE PROCESS TO OUR PRODUCT
So many times I have been asked about the process that goes into creating a piece of clothing. I will explain the steps that are involved in the creating of just one certification. I have other images here for the time being but I will update as we create upcoming Military certifications. We are able to screen print anything that the customer is looking to do. The initial steps are always the same so below each picture I will place a simple explanation. Also below are some of our start up ideas of the logo and how they looked before we updated our idea.

We start by printing our image to be screened onto laser paper as a mirrored image.
Once they are printed we spray the side the image is printed on with a clear lacquer to ensure the darkest possible image. This is important in order to ensure the best quality "wash out" of emulsion.
Currently we use full sheets of red emulsion film. We ensure that the screen is completely clean and then we spray with water and then squeegee the emulsion onto the silkscreen. Once the emulsion is completely dry we place the silkscreen on top of the image, cover it with a board that is the same size as the emulsion or larger, place a 25lb weight on top of that then turn on the light board for 12 minutes.
Once that is complete we then take the screen to a wash out sink and first spray the backside with water to begin the washout process. We then flip the screen over and spray the side that has the emulsion on it. After a couple minutes the screen begins to washout and the parts that wash out are the place where the image was on the laser paper.
We then tape the screen to ensure that ink does not get through except on the image that we are screening. We are able to fit four Certified certifications on each screen.
Each shirt is placed onto a platen prior to the screen being placed on top of it.
With the screen in place we either do one or two passes with the squeegee depending on the darkness of the clothing.
If it requires two passes we heat set for 10 seconds and make a second pass then screen the next color. Once all colors are done we heat set each piece until the clothing reaches 380 degrees. This ensures that the clothing maintains a high quality finish after many washings. If done right the silkscreen will last longer than the clothing.

We also are able to do custom screen printing to our customers specifications. This shirt was done for a friend that is a police officer.
This is our current logo. This is approximately the actual size of all of our certifications. They measure just over 5" in diameter, appear distressed like you see below, and we will place them wherever you like on your clothing.
Every certification will have a registration number that is assigned to the owner. No two people will have the same number and once the numbers begin to be issued the numbers will only get bigger.
None of our certifications are pre-made. WE ONLY MAKE THEM AS THE ORDER IS PLACED! This ensures the right size and piece of clothing to each owner.
